Rules!!! *Freebie*

Hi!!!!!

I still have six more weeks before my firsties will set foot in my classroom.  Six weeks to collect MORE items to add to my ever-growing "get-her-done" list. 

Rules, expectations, class pledge, one Golden Rule...I'm really curious what you all do to establish rules in your classrooms.  Do you call them rules?  Do you involve the kiddos in the process or do you just tell them these are the rules follow 'em or else!? {ha}

I involve the kiddos in this process and it usually takes several days to finish up.  I like to elicit ideas for how they plan on keeping our classroom a fun, safe and happy place to learn.
